Upgraid will refund your payment if there's an issue with your order arriving due to shipping problems, damage, or missing product. Given FDA requirements, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund for a product that has successfully shipped from our warehouse.
If you are a member of our automatic subscription program and you have provided us with a valid credit card number, each shipment will be automatically processed at the time of each successive shipment generation at our fulfillment center.

Accurate information for your billing account is your obligation. You are responsible for updating all information to keep your billing account accurate. You may also update your billing information directly in your account. If you fail to timely update your credit card information, your automatic subscription program may be terminated.
